AVAILABILITY, SCHEDULING & PAYMENTS:

If you have an urgent need to shoot sooner than what you see available, please reach out to see if we can fit you in.
Your session fee is collected at time of booking to reserve your date and time.
Sessions must be rescheduled at least 72 hours in advance in order to transfer deposits to a later date.
Deposit payments are non-refundable but can be transferred to another date in case of emergency.

TURNAROUND & DELIVERY:

Standard turnaround time for delivery of retouched images is typically 14 days after an order is submitted.
Expedited delivery of retouched images is available if needed. See below for rates.

Personal usage is included with the cost of your session and any additional images purchased. This means you can use your headshots on social media, your website, your business cards, etc.
The commercial use of these images is not included. Commercial usage, using these on paid advertising campaigns or on products, like books, to be sold, is not included. Ask your photographer for pricing for commercial usage.
Your session may be documented with videos and photos for marketing purposes. If you do not want to be in marketing materials, please notify your photographer by email after booking and before the session.

High-End Retouched Images featuring “The Tommy Treatment”:
- $300 per image for images featuring a single face/person.
- $450 per image for images featuring two or more faces/people.
5-Day Expedited Delivery: add $100 per image
48-Hour Rush Delivery: add $200 per image
Proofing Gallery with Downloadable Proofs (web resolution): $500
Location Fee: $1,500 per location (within the Denver Metro Area)
