Availability, Scheduling & Payments:

You can check Aaron’s real-time availability through our online schedule system above.
If you have an urgent need to shoot within the next 24 hours please reach outto see if we can fit you in.
A partial payment for your session is collected at time of booking and acts as a deposit to hold your date and time.
Sessions must be rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance in order to transfer deposits to a later date.
Deposit payments are non-refundable but can be transferred to another date in case of emergency.
You may reschedule your session if your photographer is notified more than 24 hours in advance, one time at no charge.
There is a $100 rescheduling charge for additional reschedules.
If you do not reschedule within 30 days, the session will be considered cancelled.

Image galleries delivered within 48 hrs, faster when required
Expedited delivery of retouched images is available if needed and can be delivered as fast as 24 hrs

Personal usage is included with the cost of your session and any additional images purchased. This means you can use your headshots on social media, your website, your business cards, etc.
Your session may be documented with videos and photos for marketing purposes. If you do not want to be in marketing materials, please notify your photographer by email after booking and before the session.

Professional Makeup Application & Hair Styling (Express & Standard Sessions): $195
Professional Makeup Application & Hair Styling (Premium Session): $300
Additional High-End Retouched Images: $125 per image
